Beware of the service department as well as the management team. I took my gladiator in for an appointment at 10 am. After not hearing anything back finally got ahold of Travis the service advisor who advised they had not been able to complete the service as they did not have what they needed. A phone call would have been nice to update me earlier in the day. Nonetheless I was advised if I left my truck overnight, they would get the parts first thing in the morning and get everything done. Next day came, never heard from anyone so I called at 2 pm, service rep advised not sure what was going on but would have Travis call. Travis never called. I called back again at 3, once again told not sure what is going on but will have Travis call me. As you can guess, Travis did not call. Called back at 4, yep no idea what is going on but will have Travis call. At 5 when still had received no call, my husband and I went to the dealer. As it turns out nothing had been done on my truck as the technician had ran into an issue with the tires. When speaking to the service advisor was told that they ended up not have the tool they needed to do the tires (why would a Jeep dealer not have the tools needed to work on a Jeep...crazy concept) and that there had been delay as technician cut his hand. I advised sorry for the technician but really not my problem (I was informed but he did get hurt working on my truck) asked why I had not been advised earlier of issues. No good reason given. I asked to speak to the service manager who also was no help. The service manager had nothing but excuses...He advised that even though I had an appointment the day before at 10 appointments mean nothing because of how backed up they are as they are very short staffed, calls coming into the service department don't come straight in to them, the one technician got hurt, etc. I explained all of that would have been nice to know but NO ONE ever attempted to communicate or update me guess they were just planning on keeping my truck another night without ever speaking to me. Also spoke to supposedly the manager over the dealer while he apologized that was it. Long story short after 2 days leaving the dealership with my truck with no work done. Suggest definitely doing your homework and research before choosing a service department and think twice before going here. Had I done that I would not have landed here as several poor reviews on line as well they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau which says a lot about a business and based on reviews with the BBB their rating as of today is a D-. If possible would give less than 1 star! More
So I took my truck in a week ago for a basic service of news tires and an alignment, now mind you before this basic maintenance and up keep my alignment was GREAT!!! my tires where not terrible but the tre news tires and an alignment, now mind you before this basic maintenance and up keep my alignment was GREAT!!! my tires where not terrible but the tread was low. Now my alignment has a pull to the right and my tires are riding like they are out of balance!!!! I already to my truck back for a 2nd repair and the issue is still happening my alignment is STILL PULLING TO THE RIGHT!!!!! And my truck a riding rough as I stated like the wheels need a balance and rotation!!!! So for 1400.00 imma now have to call corporate and get them involved as I don’t understand why dealership #365 can not get this issue resolved on the Lowest level!!! More
Placed a special order part for a Chrysler. Paid $33.00 and was told it would be 5 days for shipping and they would let me know when it was in. 2 weeks later I call to find out if the part is Paid $33.00 and was told it would be 5 days for shipping and they would let me know when it was in. 2 weeks later I call to find out if the part is in….and after 15 minutes on hold - I was told it was in but they couldn’t find it. I was told that when the guy who signed for it got back, he would give me a call. I never received a callback so drove to the dealer and voice my concerns with the GM. He wasn’t immediately available so I waited. After waiting 15 minutes decided to go back to parts and get my part. After 10 minutes of looking, I informed the lady that was looking to just give me my receipt and we would go talk to the GM about a refund. She said no problem and then proceeded to disappear for 5 minutes so I went back to talk with the GM. He did listen to my concerns and agreed that the service was not what they strive for and took my name and number and agreed to issue me a full refund. I left to order the part from Harper. 10 minutes later, I get a call from the parts department and they could my part if I still wanted it…..no thank you. Proceeded to order it at Harper for 33% less!! Won’t be going back for parts or a car. More
I have a 2022 ram 2500 I paid $100,00. 00 for my trick. Check engine light is on they said in the beginning apump was out def told me they would have to keep my truck. I rented the car got home they call Ed me says Myers filter is bad and I had bad DEF none it under warranty said it would cost me $1300.00 to repair I told the service person that was stupid I was not paying that much for a repair not to fix it I would come and get my truck. They charged me $143.00 I went to talk to GM told the GM the issue calks the service department. They change the story to just bad DEF three hundred dollars to fix it . I told the GM THAT THIS THE 4TH VEHICLE IVE BOUGHT FROM THEM and my last that they lied to me his service department he says he was trying to help me but I don't understand how in 10 minutes we went from $1300.00 to now 300.00 just because I called them out on it in the end I didn't get mad or raise my voice I just told him his service depart lies and I would take my truck somewhere else and that I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them his response was to slam his office door so hard that the pictures fell off the wall. So now I know his service department has no customer service skills because there leader THE GM has none I hope the owners read this. I used to think thus was a honest and good business but not anymore More
