They gave me an estimate on the cost of my work and a estimate on the time. They were right on the estimate and they got the job done in a timely manner. Great job! estimate on the time. They were right on the estimate and they got the job done in a timely manner. Great job! More
Always a wonderful team to work with. They review their work, and any needed suggestions. We have been having our vehicles serviced there for over 12 years! work, and any needed suggestions. We have been having our vehicles serviced there for over 12 years! More
I drive across town to go here because their service department is the best! Use to go to a location that sells tires, but the service at Cogdill Dodge is by far better. department is the best! Use to go to a location that sells tires, but the service at Cogdill Dodge is by far better. More
While my salesman was very personal and friendly... I felt lied to on many fronts. They told me the sales price... the best they could do by the way... was $2,500 more than they were showing it for sale felt lied to on many fronts. They told me the sales price... the best they could do by the way... was $2,500 more than they were showing it for sale online... when I asked about this .... oh, I must have looked up the wrong vehicle..... really? All Jeep wranglers also come with a basic toolkit for removing the doors and such... I was told this wasn’t included with the price.... although the manual says multiple times that it it included and provided.... so my salesman said he would hit it for me out of his own pocket.... really? You can’t even remove the spare tire without this toolkit, as you have to remove the backup camera to get that tire off... and the manual says use the provided toolkit.... so what’s with lying to me about a $25 toolkit that’s provided. I also asked about a window storage bag, as I bought a soft top Jeep. Was told those were optional and mine didn’t come with one. Well,I can tell you what will kit come with the next vehicle from here... me. Although I bought the Jeep from them, I will never again, nor will I refer a friend to people who lie to me. I’m beginning to think all these things are provided, but they just sell them to you at additional costs. No more for me.done with liars. More
