This was within an 8 month period, and between both trucks, we only put 2,800 miles on them together. Again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Not if value your life, your family's life, or anyone else. At the dealership for my appt and someone else helps me since I was forgotten and then once again i wasnt a quick $80,000 sale for them and it was once again radio silence You have to be perfect in every way financially for them to have time for you and help you and treat you like a human being No one there tries to work with you or help you in any way..they look down their nose More

Makes promises they dont keep as soon as you buy !! Do not take your car here for service. They’ve had mine for over 2 weeks because they refused to call our warranty company and tried to make us pay over $2,000 out of pocket instead and wouldn’t start on m for over 2 weeks because they refused to call our warranty company and tried to make us pay over $2,000 out of pocket instead and wouldn’t start on my car until we did. We went there and had no idea what to expect with the pandemic going on. Bryan Cook our sales rep was very friendly listened to everything that we wanted and this gentleman was not pushy at all. I had an appointment to look at a Ford 500 2006 that I was excited to test drive and hopefully buy. Honestly the worst experience I had at a dealership. Scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle, was to meet with salesperson at 10:00.
