Randy made a nice sounding reply but after a month he never has answered texts, email, voicemail. If you're looking for a brusque big city car dealer experience then you've found your place. I bought a Rubicon ten days later at Farris Motors in Jefferson City and was well treated. More
DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Dodge 2500 Heavy Duty Ram from this dealership. Within 300 miles, the truck is back with a rear end failure. I I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Dodge 2500 Heavy Duty Ram from this dealership. Within 300 miles, the truck is back with a rear end failure. I immediately went to the Sales Manager and Owner stating I was so displeased with the Heavy Duty Truck experiencing a main component failure within 300 miles of ownership. I asked the dealership to replace the truck with a different vehicle or buy the vehicle back. Not only was I told by them they would not replace the truck I was rediculed and told" I'm sure every time you have a flat tire you will want us to give you a new truck. Now that I have owned the truck less than a week, its currently sitting in the service department with no time frame on when the parts will be available to repair. The truck also has other mechanical issues somewhere in the engine compartment and is making a "tea Kettle whistle noise under acceleration. I was told I would have to file another service appointment after the rear end was repaired. The entire sales experience has been disastrous at this dealership. The finance department is only concerned on making every cent off of back end sales and completely disrespected us because we had already arranged our finance at local branch. They were so unprofessional to the point they threatening us in the office to retaliate against the branch because we were not using the dealership programs. If you want to purchase a vehicle in a professional and courteous establishment who will demonstrate integrity and sincerity in the buying process........DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!! When you spend 50k on a new Dodge Ram, you would hope your would be treated with some compassion when you experience such a early failure of the vehicle. The worst part is not only are they not trying to make the customer satisfied, they are being completely disrespectful and condensending during my pleading for assistance. I would like to say the Technicians I spoke with about the failure were very pleasant and demonstrated some empathy for my issues. My sales person was also very polite and understanding of the troubles. More
Verbally assaulted, did not look at our vehicle My husband was verbally assaulted by your "shuttle tech" on Friday, October 7th. I immediately called the manager Randy Ford who told me he would have someone call me back the next day, and of course, we never got a phone call. Here's how this started: We brought our jeep in for the second time, for the same exact issue regarding some shaking and rattling in our jeep. The same exact tech was there when my husband dropped it off for the second time. Your tech was specifically told that the jeep needed to be driven for a few miles to warm up, in order to gauge what the issue was. The tech had to drive my husband to work and was shouting at him swearing relentlessly. My husband felt threatened and was confused as to why the tech was swearing at him and shouting. He said nothing as he was worried they would do something to harm our jeep, so he got out of the car when they arrived at his work and had to hope for the best. 10 hours later my husband was dropped off at the dealership by a coworker. They lied on the invoice after our jeep being there from 8:15am to 6:30pm. The mileage was recorded fraudulently as my husband took videos and pictures of the actual mileage they returned it at. They claimed they drove it for over 6 miles when they didn't even put on a mile and a half. The issue would not have been able to be gauged at such a low mileage as my husband clearly told them when he dropped it off. This is the second time this has happened, our jeep is still not fixed, nor has ever even been looked at. So, not only have we wasted two entire days of our jeep being in this dealership, but we still have the same issue that has not been fixed, and my husband was screamed at with profanity by a technician. Then, after calling the manager Randy Ford, absolutely nothing was done. This will be posted with more detail on every review site I can find, along with shared through every social media outlet we have. I want everyone to know what this dealership is all about. Just look at their reviews on here people, do not bring your vehicle to them. We were clearly treated like garbage. More
Horrible customer service We were looking to purchase a new Renegade for my parents. Sales person (Corey) was very polite and tried to be helpful. Managers were terrible. Di We were looking to purchase a new Renegade for my parents. Sales person (Corey) was very polite and tried to be helpful. Managers were terrible. Did not return call did not like being questioned on pricing and told us if we didn't like it we were welcome to go somewhere else....SO we did and spend out $32K at a different dealership on a car very similar to what we were going to buy here. Will never go back. If all the reviews are accurate then neither will a lot of other people. More

They done a great job back in the back. ( Chris done the work for me) He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. While they were doing some tire changes for I had to leave my Jeep overnight. Rick took care of me with a vehicle to drive for a day. I will be doing business with them again the future ! See that they had some bad reviews but, the folks that I dealt with took care of me very well ! More
RUDE, NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in March 2015. The sales rep, Kevin Grady was great! One of the best salesman I have ever met. HOWEVER, I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in March 2015. The sales rep, Kevin Grady was great! One of the best salesman I have ever met. HOWEVER, now that I have to deal with the service department for maintenance and other issues, it has been the worst experience ever! Roger who is in service is one of the rudest, nastiest humans that I have ever encounter. Instead of being helpful and trying to resolve the problem, he is rude and defensive and treats you like you are the problem. The service department is not helpful in giving you advice or direction on what to do about your car issues. They act very dump and aloof which makes customers feel they are very incompetent. Save yourself from a huge HEADACHE and do not use their service department! Terrible!!!!! More
Wish I had read these reviews I wish I had done more research before I took my new jeep to Cogdill for service. We shopped there when looking for our car, but I could tell immediat I wish I had done more research before I took my new jeep to Cogdill for service. We shopped there when looking for our car, but I could tell immediately that the sales person was not professional. We ended up actually buying our car in Atlanta due to selection and value. Since we live in Knoxville I decided to try Cogdill for service. I have owned at least 15 cars and from the beginning I knew this was the most unorganized service department I had ever encountered. We took our car in for service and advised them we had a warning light on the car. They completely ignored this and now less than a week later the car is undriveable. I recommend if you have a poor experience to reach out to Jeep Customer Service. Maybe if they receive enough complaints it will raise a red flag. I did contact the dealership as well and agree with other comments that customer service is not existent. More
Poor (being kind) Terrible customer service!!! No one returns call and when you do get through you get "disconnected" and then no return call. Sales, Sales Manager, Gen Terrible customer service!!! No one returns call and when you do get through you get "disconnected" and then no return call. Sales, Sales Manager, General Manager -- no response. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership and strongly recommend that others avoid this company. They tout their status as the "largest dealer in east TN" -- bet that will not last long. Avoid - save your time and money. I learned my lesson - the hard way. More
