We drove it to the closest dealership in Georgia, 200 miles from Knoxville. Within a week they claimed to have found the problem but, the same error code appeared in less than a mile of drive. After approximately 30 days, they diagnosed the problem as the EGR cooler. This was an existing recall with the parts on national back order. FCA assisted in expediting parts shipment and after about 2 months, the pars arrived. With the help of FCA and Jim Cogdill service manager, we attempted to have the truck brought back no Knoxville but the Georgia dealership would not release the parts. After 81 days, we received a text stating that the truck was repaired. After test driving, the same code appeared and went back into limp mode. We then noticed 2 boxes in the back seat floorboard and the engine housing cover in the truck bed. The boxes contained the new parts. The new EGR cooler and intake manifold had not been installed even though the repair ticket had been signed as completed. After a phone call, FCA authorized Jim Cogdill to pick up our truck and take back to their service department. After it’s arrival, the truck was repaired within 24 hours. Roger Boatner and his service technicians are awesome! The dealership in Georgia is Don Jackson Dodge in Union City. Their level of incompetence is mind boggling. Thank you, Jim Cogdill!! More

Let me just say that this review is no reflection on our outstanding salesman, Steven. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our buying experience the best it could be. Un outstanding salesman, Steven. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our buying experience the best it could be. Unfortunately, he works for a company that is dishonest and misleading when it comes to advertising and will not honor a price. Now, the rest of the story, Yesterday afternoon 11/10/2019, my wife and I were coming back from a weekend trip to Pigeon Forge, I have been in the market for a new truck for a bit now and I have been doing my research and I stumbled upon what i thought was a great truck at a great price, a 2020 Dodge Ram listed online for $49,359, ( I have been looking at the Dodge Rebel/Ram). So my wife and I decided to stop in on our way back home in middle Tennessee and check it out. Steven was our salesperson and he showed us the wide variety of Rams they had in stock. He let us test drive a few of them, but i kept getting drawn back to the original truck that brought us there in the first place. After about 3 hours, (like I said, Steven was very patient with us, and I cannot say enough good things about him) my wife and I finally decided to go with the original truck we found and we asked Steven if we could go inside and talk numbers. After a bit of talking about what I would like the payment to be he says "I'm not sure we can get there on that truck, but maybe the other 2020 Rebel you looked at". I said "how is that so when the 2020 Rebel is $6,000 more than the truck I wanted to purchase." He got a puzzled look on his face when I showed him the online posting for the truck. Red flags IMMEDIATELY went up on my end, so I took a screen shot of the ad in fear they may go back and change it. A few minutes goes by and Steven has been in the back talking it over with his manager. His manager finally comes back and lays a piece of paper down showing me the price of the vehicle and a payment schedule that is almost 50% higher than we want to pay. He has a list price of $73,000 on the truck and says he can give it to us at "his cost" (which is $59,000, over $10,000 more than the price that is posted for the truck online). He looks me in the eyes and says he cant meet the price that is listed online and this is "what he can do" and this "HAPPENS ALL THE TIME". I was in shock, as a business owner with 5 retail locations in middle Tennessee, I couldn't believe the arrogance and self-righteousness of this manager. If i had posted an ad somewhere and it was my mistake, I GUARANTEE you i would honor the advertised price, no matter if it cost my company money or not. Does he really expect me to just be okay with paying an extra $10,000 because of a mistake his company made posting the ad? After a few minutes of trying to plead my case and going back and forth he finally looks at me and asks if there is any way I would purchase the truck for anything other than the advertised price, of course I said "no!" and he shook my hand and preceded to let me walk out the door. My wife and I left unhappy and with a very, very sour taste in our mouths. Needless to say I would never treat anyone this way in life or most definitely in business. I would hope that someone with a vested interest in this business would contact me so we can discuss my dissatisfaction and come to a resolution. If this cannot be resolved I will be contacting the state to start a formal investigation into the pricing of all vehicles at this location. I still have the pictures of the ad and would be more than happy to show them to an owner to help reach a resolution Regards, Alex McCall Owner D.T. McCall & Sons amccall@dtmccalls.com More

After purchasing a vehicle and the dealership agreeing to have leather seat put in they sent it to a place that installed leather seats with stitching that DID NOT match the rest of the interior of the car and the job was done terribly the seats were are all puckered. They sales man agreed to have it fixed and upgrade our seats for our troubles because it would only cost $200 for the upgrade but once again he was wrong about pricing and once he realized he quoted wrong they refused to stand by the upgrade. We told them they needed to stand by what they said no matter the price and to have a manger contact us which never happened They did have the seats redone any way with the right stitching but without the upgrade never received a call regarding any of it and they did match but are sill terribly puckered l! the job is awful. And we received an automated text not a call to pick up our van and that the upgraded packages was no longer an available option for them to purchase. Pretty convenient that all of a sudden when they don’t want to pay the difference the upgraded package is no longer available!!! And didn’t even have the decency to call us and just installed what they wanted. This was by far the worst experience ever and makes me sick to have spend 32,000 dollars to be lied to jerked around and have xxxxty work done on the seats. More
Their word means NOTHING!! I went in to buy a Ram 2500 with specific details of what I wanted to do with the truck (towing, etc). I picked the truck with the "2500 HEAVY DUTY", I went in to buy a Ram 2500 with specific details of what I wanted to do with the truck (towing, etc). I picked the truck with the "2500 HEAVY DUTY", salesmen Dave said good for 16K pound towing. NOT TRUE. Got home and discovered the towing capacity was no better than the Ram 1500 I traded in. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get in touch with these people, NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. I showed up and they give me lip service. During the course of several weeks I have texted back and forth and have in writing, they made a mistake when they gave me the specs. Spoke with sales mgr on a conference call with corporate customer service, and even though he acted dismayed, no word from him either. So in summary: sold me a truck with false spec info, NO return calls after no less than a dozen messages, manager won't call me back either. So I sit here with a truck that cant do the work I need it to do. THEY WON'T STAND BEHIND THIER WORD!! THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, WHY WON'T THEY MAKE IT RIGHT? I TRUSTED WHAT THEY TOLD ME!! More
