I took my car in 3 times in the first week to be cleaned, there is still a toothpick in my console to remind me how trash this place is. No one even checked my lights before selling it to me so I had to bring it back in 2 days after purchase to have 2 front lights fixed. this place is so shady. you can tell because of their current yelp rating. Horrible trash unprofessional. But nothing will happen and they will continue to take advantage of people. More
Placed a special order part for a Chrysler. I was told that when the guy who signed for it got back, he would give me a call. I never received a callback so drove to the dealer and voice my concerns with the GM. He wasn’t immediately available so I waited. After waiting 15 minutes decided to go back to parts and get my part. After 10 minutes of looking, I informed the lady that was looking to just give me my receipt and we would go talk to the GM about a refund. She said no problem and then proceeded to disappear for 5 minutes so I went back to talk with the GM. He did listen to my concerns and agreed that the service was not what they strive for and took my name and number and agreed to issue me a full refund. I left to order the part from Harper. 10 minutes later, I get a call from the parts department and they could my part if I still wanted it…..no thank you. Proceeded to order it at Harper for 33% less!! Won’t be going back for parts or a car. More

I recently purchased a Chrysler pre-owned Certified 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and the service was unmatched!!! I had been searching for several months for my next right vehicle for my budget, my lifestyle, and a list of must-haves for my next vehicle. On all my various dealership visits, I brought my father for a second set of eyes and advice. I had experience at other dealerships in Knoxville where my questions felt dismissed, my list disregarded, and, as a woman in her 20s, quite literally ignored. At other dealerships, the car commentary and questions were always first directed to my father, rather than me, the customer. My experience at West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was smooth, positive, and fun! I cannot speak more highly of Adam Hartis and Robert Brooks. Robert listened to my long list of vehicles I had been hoping to test drive, my must-have requests, and utilized their inventory website to curate a list of cars to review and test drive. It was raining; Robert and Adam coordinated bringing several vehicles into the service bay, so I could thoroughly inspect my top contenders. I was able to test drive all the vehicles on my list. As I was upgrading from a 2008 Nissan Xterra, carplay and other technology was of interest to me. Robert aided in connecting my device each test-drive, so I could truly picture myself in the vehicle. After several hours, I had finally made up my mind. I was seriously interested in purchasing the Chrysler pre-owned Certified 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Robert ran through the menu of packages, service ad-ons, and answered every question to my fullest satisfaction. At no point was I pressured into the sale, and I felt informed through each step. I wanted to sleep on it, so Adam agreed that they could hold the vehicle and pull it off the inventory site until that Wednesday. I received a check-in text message from Robert over the course of the hold. He was messaging to see if I had any questions come up. Communication was always timely, clear, and helpful from Robert. I decided to purchase the Chrysler pre-owned Certified 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and trade in my 2008 Nissan Xterra. The deal they were offering me was too good to pass up and the buying process was seamless. Adam and Robert worked with me and their bank to ensure I received the lowest possible interest rate and took time recommending different options for insurance. Adam recommended the positive experience he had with his own insurance company, and upon further review I ended up moving my own car insurance to that same company due to his recommendation. All in all, every interaction with every employee at West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was kind, transparent, and authentic. They heard me out, educated me when I asked to learn, helped me find the best car for my family and then worked on the best deal (I know because I shopped around so can confirm, best prices in the nation!). I worked with about 12-14 different Jeep dealerships across America and in the end, the one that felt most like home was West Knoxville CDJR! Ask for Jordan or Carson if you don't want to waste your time, but are serious about buying the best car at the best price with the best financing for you! More

I have a 2022 ram 2500 I paid $100,00. 00 for my trick. Check engine light is on they said in the beginning apump was out def told me they would have to keep my truck. I rented the car got home they call Ed me says Myers filter is bad and I had bad DEF none it under warranty said it would cost me $1300.00 to repair I told the service person that was stupid I was not paying that much for a repair not to fix it I would come and get my truck. They charged me $143.00 I went to talk to GM told the GM the issue calks the service department. They change the story to just bad DEF three hundred dollars to fix it . I told the GM THAT THIS THE 4TH VEHICLE IVE BOUGHT FROM THEM and my last that they lied to me his service department he says he was trying to help me but I don't understand how in 10 minutes we went from $1300.00 to now 300.00 just because I called them out on it in the end I didn't get mad or raise my voice I just told him his service depart lies and I would take my truck somewhere else and that I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them his response was to slam his office door so hard that the pictures fell off the wall. So now I know his service department has no customer service skills because there leader THE GM has none I hope the owners read this. I used to think thus was a honest and good business but not anymore More
