In my opinion, very slow on processing an internet order. The parts department claimed their third party provider was at fault. My contract was with western houston subaru, not their third party provider. The parts department claimed their third party provider was at fault. The parts department did not know that a special was being run and held unnecessarily my order until I called them. they appeared to be clueless within the parts department. I would not recommend them to anyone. big retail web store is delivering within seven days at a lower price with easy communications and an updated item tracking flow. More

We have been working on buying a used vehicle for months and dealerships we were going to were constantly adding extra fees, cost or market adjustments. We are patient and aren't in a situation that we need a vehicle immediately so we're in no rush to find the car to purchase. Because of the prices for used were matching (or exceeding) a brand new vehicle we decided to see about buying new. We were able to factory order the car at our exact specifications at MSRP (no mark-up) & TTL only! Signed an agreement for the drive out price. Now we wait until it gets here. Will update when we receive. If you are in the market for a new Subaru - West Houston Subaru. We have multiple Subaru dealerships in the Houston area and West Houston Subaru seems to be the only one not playing games or marking above MSRP right now.
