As a member of the Subaru VIP program, the sales Manager and General Manager and Internet Sales Manager provided me with three different quotes on the same configuration of a 2023 Subaru Outback Limited wit and General Manager and Internet Sales Manager provided me with three different quotes on the same configuration of a 2023 Subaru Outback Limited with same accessories. Thus, I chose the lowest quote and then they would not honor it. Do not trust what they give you as a price as you will be very disappointed. This is truly a lack of leadership in that they do not honor their quote. Their Sales Manager went as far as telling me that if I overpaid for a vehicle , they would return the overpayment. He said just because they gave me those quotes, I should not expect them to honor it. We are talking a $600- $800 difference and they would not make it right and instead they raised the number and said if I did not like it then i could go to another dealer. Bad management… Shop elsewhere unless you want to be overcharged. More

In my opinion, very slow on processing an internet order. The parts department claimed their third party provider was at fault. My contract was with western houston subaru, not their third party provider. The parts department claimed their third party provider was at fault. The parts department did not know that a special was being run and held unnecessarily my order until I called them. they appeared to be clueless within the parts department. I would not recommend them to anyone. big retail web store is delivering within seven days at a lower price with easy communications and an updated item tracking flow. More
Finally an honest dealership! The salesmen I worked with Chris & John were honest and upfront from the beginning. Answered all our questions even days after placing our order. We have been working on buying a used vehicle for months and dealerships we were going to were constantly adding extra fees, cost or market adjustments. We are patient and aren't in a situation that we need a vehicle immediately so we're in no rush to find the car to purchase. Because of the prices for used were matching (or exceeding) a brand new vehicle we decided to see about buying new. We were able to factory order the car at our exact specifications at MSRP (no mark-up) & TTL only! Signed an agreement for the drive out price. Now we wait until it gets here. Will update when we receive. If you are in the market for a new Subaru - West Houston Subaru. We have multiple Subaru dealerships in the Houston area and West Houston Subaru seems to be the only one not playing games or marking above MSRP right now. The team of Chris and John are absolutely worth the drive! More
