My wife and I bought a 2023 Subaru Ascent Touring on 3/28/2023 from West Houston Subaru. I have had several car purchases in the past that were usually not enjoyable and it was very refreshing to see ho 3/28/2023 from West Houston Subaru. I have had several car purchases in the past that were usually not enjoyable and it was very refreshing to see how Subaru is handling sales especially post pandemic. Errol Bancroft who was our salesman was great. He was knowledgable, nice to be around, professional, no pressure and just wanted to get us in a good vehicle. They worked with us fairly easily on price doing the Subaru VIP Pricing, which was a big factor in us purchasing the car as other manufacturers we looked at (Honda for example) wanted to do market adjustments. Even aside from that the Ascent handily had more features and was to me a better package than anything else out there for a better value. I also was pleased on Subarus Gold Warranty offering that we got for 10 years for a reasonable cost, which shows how good this brand is. The promo financing offer was icing on the cake. More
