Our experience was kicked off by helpful information and appointment scheduling by Monica. This led to what was probably our easiest and *shortest* trip to a dealer for a vehicle purchase. They were very considerate of the long drive we made to get there. Our intended vehicle was ready for us to look at, and the paperwork process was the easiest we’ve had. Jaden provided exceptional service showing us the ins and outs of the vehicle, and Chad was wonderful on the financial side—he had a very good sense of our willingness to opt into any of the “extras.” He took the time to explain things like Gap, extended warranties, etc., but did not engage in any kind of hard sell. There was a bit of a hiccup early in our visit in terms of an unexpected charge, but they ultimately waived it; we ended up paying what we expected to based on the homework we’d done ahead of time. Overall, would highly recommend! More

I had been looking at the 2021 CX-5 and Jaden informed me about some changes Mazda was making on the 2022’s showe Jaden was awesome and so attentive. I had been looking at the 2021 CX-5 and Jaden informed me about some changes Mazda was making on the 2022’s showed me some pictures and I was hooked I knew that was what I wanted, however they did not have any on the lot but some were coming in soon. Jaden and the sales manager Zachary kept me up to date on the time line every week until my car arrived. I however am not surprised this was my 8th car I have purchased from the West Hills. Malachi was exactly the type of sales rep I want to work with when buying a car..I was looking for my next vehicle, after 12 years with my very functional and comfortable Odyssey. I realized that I didn't n with when buying a car..I was looking for my next vehicle, after 12 years with my very functional and comfortable Odyssey. I realized that I didn't need to have a vehicle that could be a truck and I wanted the current safety upgrades and AWD. 12 years older, comfort/noise were higher priorities for my future passengers and me. I had never considered a mazda and a friend said check it out. Malachi came out and introduced himself as I drove on the lot that morning with no appointment. Any question he did not have an answer for he said so, made a mental note of and got an answer while I was still there. After test driving several cars, not just Mazda, with him, scouring the other lots, and going over all the Cx5 capabilities I knew this was the car that I was going to purchase. It outperformed everything else I asked to see. After going home for more homework, checking with people who had mazda experience, researching West Hills community involvement, I knew not only what I wanted to down to the trim package but that I wanted to buy it there with WH and Malachi. I would not have bought the Cx5 without his candid and clear presentation. Car hunting has never been a fun experience for me. This was...And knowing that they had no extra dealer sticker mark ups was the last check for me. Malachi and their approach was that they wanted me to find the car that worked for me. I did commit and buy the car I wanted to a T without another test drive. They didn't try to sell me something that was "kind of close". When new and used cars are in such limited supply, it was reassuring to have someone whose priority was my satisfaction with the car I purchased. I am over the moon. More
