I shopped around for a new car for 3 months, visited 4 car dealerships. I'm glad I went to West Hills last, they weren't like the regular salespeople at the other 3 places ... no pressure at all, just lo car dealerships. They gave me more money for my trade in, a better price on the car, a free 3 yr oil and wiper blade change contract, and other incentives to buy a car there ... so I did it, I'm very happy about it and will definetly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! I waa in an accident and my car was totaled. I needed a replacement right away. I told Andy (salesman) what I was looking for over the phone. I went into Kia to pick up my husbands new Kia Optima ! I had just visited another dealership in the area just an hour before looking to buy myself a new car as well. " She offered to show me one in the color that I was looking for I did a test drive filled out all the paper work and was on my way out on about 2 hours .
