Thoroughly enjoyed the car buying experience. Never encountered any of the issues those videos talk about. Our two salespeople (Haley and Dylan) were very personable without losing their professionalism. Dylan did a really good job dealing with my 10 year old sons off the wall questions and conversation. Both of them went out of their way to answer all of our questions about the van we wanted (They didn't have one at the time). A week after our first meeting, Haley remembered us and immediately had Dylan called us to tell us another dealer requested a trade of one of their vans for the very model we were looking for. We dropped everything and drove the 60+ miles from our house to Bremerton to see and test drive the van. We loved it bought it that evening. We were very pleased with the service we received.
