Matt was very agreeable. He introduced me to his sales manager, Shane. As it happens, I had purchased a car from Shane 12 years ago and that experience was very positive. Things started off on a good foot. I gave my wish list to Matt. He pointed out a 2014 Kia Soul. It was just what I came looking for. The usual wheeling and dealing didn't happen. Face it, car dealers do this for a living and you aren't likely to win such an encounter. Instead, their asking price was within the "Fair Purchase Price" range from Kelly Blue Book. We haggled for about three minutes. They came down, I came up and the deal was done. Bottom line: (1) Matt listened to my requirements and met them. (2) They applied no pressure. (3) Shane and I came to agreement on price in minutes. More

Excellent customer service!!! I went to Roy with a difficult task but he stuck with it and I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new car instead of a used car like I thought. I didn't feel that we were playing the usual car buying game that I have felt at other dealerships in the past. The transaction process was seamless from sales through financing.
