First Car I'm giving a 3 star rating because of how long it took to find the right car we were looking for on the lot. Nicest car salesman EVER! I was actually on my way to another dealership and decided to stop by West Hills Kia to take a look at their inventory. He offered us a beverage of choice as we came in from what seemed to be a wind storm. Roy showed me several cars that I was interested in. Roy went to retrieve cars and parked them directly in front of the dealership so that me and my daughter did not spend to much time out in the cold. Freezing January day This was our first visit to the Kia dealership. We had an appointment with another person but she was home sick so I'm glad she stayed at home!
