When we finally decided that the Kia Sorrento was going to be our next car we crossed our fingers and hoped for a good experience. We were blown away with how easy and fun the car buying experience was. Zack and Chris and the rest of the team were great! Also, we ended up switching car and renter's insurance to Allstate after Russ compared our current plans to theirs. I was nervous and scared to come in and buy a car as I have never done it on my own before. That fear left me as soon as I shook her hand. Then I met Bryce, pretty much the coolest most sincere guy I have ever met. He also made me feel welcomed. And the finance guy, the Frenchman...well he is just flat out amazing. "Frenchie" he was called, how cool is that. Wow what a guy. Even the women in the deli with the amazing hair! Shane the guy who found the loan for me, I forget his name but he was amazing also! It is too hard to explain in an email but I just can't believe the service I received. I hope you know how wonderfully wonderful my experience at Kia was, not because of the car but because of the people who helped me. I really can not say enough about everyone. I am honestly shocked that I was treated so perfectly. I know they are there to sell but I felt it was much more than that to them I felt they just wanted me to leave happy. As a manager I hope that you can give them an anonymous pat on the back and show them some appreciation for the satisfaction they gave me. I was really scared to even start looking for a car, I was embarrassed for my past financial situation...but with them I wasn't Ive honestly never been treated with such dignity and respect. They're not your typical salesman and they are very honest and helpful. All of the guys who help you with the documentation are also exceptional. They as well, work with your budget and are not pushing sales on you. They have your best interest in mind. THIS is what keeps their customers coming back. I have gone to plenty of dealerships and bought vehicles from other places in the past and this is by far my favorite place to go. My loyalty lies here with these guys. They make sure I'm in a vehicle that will keep my family safe and a vehicle that is also within my budget. They're the best!! More
