Josh met us as we got to the dealership but wasn't pushy and listened to us. We told Josh what we wanted and what we could afford and he took us to the car that we got. Josh and the finance team worked, in my option, hard to give us the trade in we needed and the payments that worked for our budget. All this with two toddlers in tow, mind you. Following the purchase we had a bit of a snag with having a couple of things installed on the car and because we needed the items put on fairly quickly I will say that I wasn't the most patient customer. My second review was more of a space holder until things got worked out- as I don't take reviews lightly when I actually do them. Now, two weeks later, we have the car that we had asked for and we are very happy. The dealership as a whole was very apologetic for the road-bumps that we faced and we appreciate it. Josh worked with us to pick out the car that would best fit our family. Richard in the service department worked with us and stayed late to make sure the upgrades that were promised to us got done. I also talked to the GM, Ken, and appreciate his concern for our situation. The thing that I appreciate the most about this dealership is that is owned up to the "bumps in the road" and worked to make things right. To me, that is good business and I thank them for it and will continue to do business with them. And we still love our car! More

We were able to use the code she gave us to get a great deal on our new 2017 Kia Soul, and even though they don't do a lot of those types of sales, they helped us get the amount per month we were looking for, as we're on a strict budget. Overall, I highly recommend Zack as the guy to go to when buying a car there. It felt good knowing all of our options, we just had to ask the right questions. So do your homework, get your priorities in order (how much you want to pay a month) and what your bottom line is. They will do their best to work with what you've got. More

I laughed and joked with everyone, from salesman Matt to our finance guy Dan. Add to that free drinks from their Barista onsite, plus hot popcorn, and the time just flew by. Even negotiating a bit lower sales price was not stressful. My 2016 Kia Sorento is roomy and lovely, and is getting excellent gas mileage for it's size. We shopped around for months, visiting many dealerships, but I should have saved all that time and just stuck with them the first time I visited. Warm and inviting people, but I did have a problem with the volume and choice of music. More
