Great buying experience with no haggle using truecar. Went to West Hills to look at all makes of compact SUVs to replace a 2005 Mercury Mariner. Based on my on line research, I was leaning towards a Mazd Went to West Hills to look at all makes of compact SUVs to replace a 2005 Mercury Mariner. Based on my on line research, I was leaning towards a Mazda CX-5 or Honda CR-V for my wife. First met with RJ SINGH at the Ford Mazda dealer. He showed us the Mazda CX-5, Ford Escape, and Ford Eco-Sport. Then he took us to see the Hyundai Tucson, Honda CR-V, VW Tiguan, GMC Terrain, Buick Encore and Kia Sportage. After my wife test drove several of the vehicles, she decided she liked the Sportage best. RJ then handed us off to MIKE JONES at the Kia Dealership. Mike spent a great deal of time going over the vehicle and conducting a test drive. There was never any sales pressure from either RJ or Mike. The next day we went back to purchase settling on the Sportage. Mike was with another customer so we were handed off to COLTON WEEKS to complete the transaction. We had worked with both USAA and NFCU to get an agreed upon price through the car buying service (TrueCar) prior to going to the dealer. As such, it was a no hassle purchase with no surprises or add ons.. After completing the financial paperwork, COLTON spent a great deal of time going over the features of the vehicle with me an my wife and pairing her phone to the car. All three sales reps were great and I would recommend this dealership for its superior customer service in new car sales. More
