Ok, buying a car is always a bit stressful. You see these sales associates coming towards you and you’re like “ok be strong be tough don’t let em control you!” Immediately the lovely Ronald approaches us - m sales associates coming towards you and you’re like “ok be strong be tough don’t let em control you!” Immediately the lovely Ronald approaches us - my husband being a navy employee for 39 years ( just retired) was like ok we’re just looking and bulldozed right past Ronald ! Me being the more gentle and funnier of the two smiled at Ron and said “He has his own way of doing things!” Lol Ronald stayed back but never let go. He just quietly followed us to the make and model we wanted and BAM 💥 MY CAR JUMPED OUT AT ME!! It was all smooth sailing from that point on all the way to financing where there was a little haggling. I mean that’s to be expected. My husband being vertically challenged (standing a mighty 4’ 1 but where he lacks in height he’s amazing with numbers ! He knew he had great credit, he knew we had a great trade in (Toyota Sienna 2015) paid off with only 44 thousand miles ! We were very happy when they handed us the keys 🔑 I had my DREAM CAR, Bill had a happy Wife, and he KNEW we got a GREAT DEAL! To him it’s all about the money saved to me it’s THE HONDA PILOT!!! Have a lot to learn bc it has all the bells and whistles but I’m So Happy !! The team at West Hills Honda are AMAZING! It was my husbands birthday and another employee (Joshua Smith) came in and sang Happy Birthday to my husband and he sounded very professional!! He must moonlight as a lounge singer lol Roxann in financing was charming witty and gave us everything and then some in a good deal. I made a bunch of new friends In My Humble Opinion I’ll never hesitate to recommend West Hills Honda or Toyota in Bremerton! FIVE STARS FOR SURE !! More

I met Mike a few months ago when I had my old Odyssey in the shop and was "thinking" about buying a Mike Columbus--ask for him at the Honda Dealer! I met Mike a few months ago when I had my old Odyssey in the shop and was "thinking" about buying a new car. I met with Mike again later, and traded emails. I knew this was the guy I wanted to work with. He is respectful, patient, honest, and totally knows his stuff. Buying a car can be stressful and it seems to take hours--but Mike was the absolute BEST to work with. Charlie Brown! What an awesome character. My boyfriend and I have been car hunting for myself, seeing as my old car is slowly running to the ground. We went to West Hills one day just to look around, figure out what kind of car I wanted. That’s when we met Charlie! He was very helpful from day 1. We appreciated his help and his time, we decided to come back to West Hills for a second time. After not finding the right car, we waited a couple of days before going back to both West Hills and Charlie! Lo and behold, Charlie found me the perfect car for a perfect price. Couldn’t be happier!
