The whole experience at West Hills Honda was great, effortless. We didn't feel pressured it was more like hanging out with friends. The staff at West Hills Honda have always been professional and I have now purchased a second vehicle from them. I am thankful for Sal working with me for 6.5 hours at Honda and the staff that provided prompt and excellent customer service. This is as well written as I can make it to hopefully show what an awesome experience it was to purchase another vehicle and how stressful it can be. Another honorable mention is Adam from the Finance Department who not only provided excellent customer service, but made the closing transaction seem so much better.
