Leanne was friendly and personable, and although I just missed getting the car I had wanted (someone got to it before me *pout*), she was able to find another car for me to love. Our buying experience began while in Mexico. Sales people had difficulty locating the car I wanted. In the end I actually upgraded and got a better model. We’re unable to put credit card down payment as no one there was able to email me the site to .do this. Could not do over phone either. Dealership said they would hold car without down payment. When we returned from Mexico, I phoned to set up appointment to pick the car up. Was unable to reach anyone as they were all busy and apparently working short handed. Finally someone said OK come on in and pick your car up. Well, I ended spending over 5 hours to receive my car. It was not a good experience at all. Leanne was very helpful and pretty much stayed by my side. I felt sorry for the employees who were there as they all tried to take care of the customers. Initially I offered to go there on a Monday with a certified check, it might have gone more smoothly if I had done this. More
