Had a great experience with Mike. It took a lot of time, but that is just the nature of the business. However, I admired Mike's ability to hang in there and say, let's get a deal done Bob. He finally did. I had one misunderstanding re the financing, but it was eventually resolved as it was my fault, not asking the appropriate questions. I eventually got great financing and love the fact that during my last two transactions at the dealership, they appreciated my long haired shepherd, Luke. I truly enjoy visiting the dealership as they love dogs and are cool with people. Love the coffee, but miss the popcorn, but things are a bit slowed down right now. More
