I would not take my Honda into this dealership for service of anything anymore because they damaged my vehicle during oil change servicing. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and they said th service of anything anymore because they damaged my vehicle during oil change servicing. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and they said the oil pan needed to be replaced because the plug threads were stripped. The oil pad should nor need to be replaced unless damaged during oil change. West HIlls Honda did the previous oil change and did not note any oil pan damage. I was told a lie by the service rep. Gennifer that the oil had been changed too much. Vehicle only has 120k miles. The damage was likely the previous oil change completed by West Hills Honds as the oil was found to not even on the oil stick about a month after the.last oil change by my husband. I don't like being lied to. I don't like that they put the repair for their damaging my van on me. They.quoted $633 to replace the oil pan. I won't take the van to them to repair this damage. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY VEHILCE TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN! More
