I have never bought a service plan for my vehicle and was already saying no when he pulled the info out. When he showed me the expense slip from a overheated computer chip and the cost to replace, I was almost sold. Then when he said if you don't have to use it you get all the money back it was a no brainer. I had to have it. Then I got the oil change package and they will let me drop off my car and take me and drop me off to go shopping. I feel lke I am protected from all angles. When I left I felt like I was driving a Lamborgini off the lot. Oh, and I get a free Latte with every oil change and they balance my tire to. If I get a ding, scratch or rip in my apolstry no problem. I take it to West Hill Honda and they will give me a rental to use while they repair it. I could go on and on. I had a very smooth and professional experience buying a new Honda Fit with Amy and the entire staff at West Hills Honda. Amy made an immediate good impression that stood out from other dealers I had contac new Honda Fit with Amy and the entire staff at West Hills Honda. Instead of beating around the bush like the others, Amy was ready to deal and to order a manual transmission model from the factory. She had the straightforward, no-nonsense approach I was looking for, and met the price I asked for. After we made a deal, Amy was always available and responded immediately to calls or emails while we waited for my car to arrive from Japan. My favorable impression continued throughout the whole process. That goes for Josh, the finance manager, too. He was welcoming, professional and non-pushy. The "internet salesperson" for another dealer told me "there is no 'buy now' button on the internet for the Fit". Maybe so, but this experience came as close as you can get. The only time I even went to the dealership was to pick up the car. That was quick and easy too. It could not have been easier or more painless, even special. I feel West Hills Honda does not take their customers for granted, even for an entry-level model like the Fit which does not have a lot of profit. I love a win-win situation! After not having so much luck with the first dealership I contacted, I started working with West Hills Honda. I told Amy, the internet sales manager exactly how much I wanted to pay for the car and what options I wanted on it (it was a very reasonable price.) I told her what I needed as a trade-in value for my trade-in vehicle and she dealt with the used auto manager for and made it work, without him ever looking at my trade-in! I got a great deal on everything, and they made it SO EASY. Akeem in financing was extremely organized and had all the necessary paperwork in order and ready to go. He explained everything very concisely and effectively to me, and before I knew it we were done. This was the easiest and smoothest new car transaction I've ever dealt with. It was well worth going out of my way from Issaquah to buy my car there. An added bonus is that the sales tax is about a full percentage point lower in Bremerton than anywhere in King, Pierce, or Snohomish County. Btw, I love my new car! More

I had a very good experience with WestHills Honda. I stopped by about a month ago to see what options were available on a new 2011 CRV. Yes the sticker prices were higher than I could find on the internet but I knew that was negotiable at WestHills or anywhere. I looked at other AWD vehicles for about a month and decided to go with the Honda. I called Ed back but he wasn't going to be available so he sent me to Sam. The price on the car I wanted had dropped considerably since it had been there awhile. I brought my trade-in and got an estimate and bought the CRV. I have gotten a couple of follow-up calls from Sam to see how everything is going and if I have any questions. I haven't been to the service department so I don't know how to rate them. The sales and finance department treated me well and I would recommend this dealership. More
