We received a coupon in the mail for a cheap oil change if we test drove a car. We were not planning on buying a car! We test drove the CRV (which I have always wanted - Barb) but Mal did not like the ga if we test drove a car. We were not planning on buying a car! We have had it for 4 days and so far very pleased with it. PJ answered a lot of our questions and was very attentive. Then Jamie came into the picture and helped close the deal. We started out with a higher interest rate through Kitsap CU and when my husband went into the credit union the next day we found out that the interest rate was lower. We called the dealer and they were willing to redo the paperwork and get us the lower rate. I wish this had been done at the beginning but oh well. The people we dealt with were very friendly and could not do enough for us. PJ even threw in a cargo liner for us. We were very pleased with the dealer and are truly looking forward to working with West Hills Honda in the future. Would we refer our family and friends? We would! I had an outstanding professional experience buying a new Honda Accord with Jeff and the entire staff at West Hills Honda.
