When I dropped the car off I asked for an estimate on some exterior scratches the car has. When I picked it up Jasmine couldn’t recall if she had requested the estimate and if one had been done. Since I was in a hurry I asked for her to call me once she had a chance to see if an estimate had been done. I’ve not heard from her or anyone else regarding the issue. More
