This is my second Odyssey purchase from this dealership so I know I will be taken care of and informed. I really appreciate that all my questions were answered no matter how small. The only reason this is not 5 star is that we were told after picking the van and agreeing on numbers that it had been in a small fender bender with the previous owner. We got a great price but this would have been good to know before the price was agreed and signed off on. I know after years of service that the Honda service technicians do high quality work and happy that this new used van is certified. So a change in order of informing the buyer would be better and I didn't think to ask beforehand. We were shown all the new technology and I really appreciate how patient Mike was with us. I had a great experience with Rachelle she is extremely knowledgeable and explained the warranty options and finance very well. More

A wonderful sale, but a terrible financing experience. Daniel T., our salesman, was a great guy. He was cognizant of our needs, put me in the perfect car that I needed, gave meaningful advice on what was a Daniel T., our salesman, was a great guy. He kept us entertained, and actually cared that we got what we wanted. We chose the car that we loved, and then decided to finance. We had a great time buying this car. I'd buy another car from this man if I could. Frank in Financing was a different story. We sat down to start financing our new purchase, and started filling out paperwork. Frank started to try and sell us an extended warranty. We mulled it over, and decided that for our lifestyle, it was not a fit for us, so we told him no. He began getting very pushy. He guilted us and tried to convince us any way he could that we were making the wrong decision, and that anything can break on this car at any moment, and that it could leave my fiance stranded if I was away or put us into debt. We again, told him no. He kept pushing the warranty. He seemed very irritated and acting as our decision was a personal insult, and continued pushing. It felt like a very hostile experience, and I did not trust him for the rest of our visit. We did not buy his warranty, and if I would have known that financing the vehicle would cause this kind of trouble, I would have gone elsewhere. More

CR-V PURCHASE Joshua was extremely knowledgeable! He also seemed to be interested in what we wanted, not what he thought we should have. I would rate Joshua a 10 Joshua was extremely knowledgeable! He also seemed to be interested in what we wanted, not what he thought we should have. I would rate Joshua a 10 out of 10. We also met Alion, who we were to met. However, he had to leave and Joshua filled-in for him. We met Alion near the end of our purchase and he seemed very nice and knowledgeable as well. Our last new car purchase was in 2005 - also @ West Hills Honda. It was a rather exhausting experience this time - 6 hours to buy a car. We paid cash - no financing, yet they still needed a credit report. The only negative part of the buying experience that we didn't like was with the Finance person.. He was relentless in his attempt to get us to purchase up to $6,000 worth of various insurance plans. The feeling was similar to getting-off a plane in Mexico and all the time share people pouncing on you as you exit the airport. Unfortunately, it seems all Dealerships try to sell you insurance plans, so this Dealership is no different from the rest. My understanding is that the insurance plans are big money makers for the Dealer. Lastly, the All State rep. was nice, but this is another aspect of the buying process that we didn't need. You should give buyers a choice if they want to speak with an insurance agent, not just make it part of the process to purchase a vehicle. More
