Amazing First Car Experience!! Our old car died on us, and we had had it with it. So we decided that we were going to start looking at cars. Well, half an hour before our appointment, our ride canceled, so I called to let them know that we couldn’t make it, and Mike drove out, came and picked up my husband, my son, and myself, and took us to the dealership. From the get go, he was funny, kind, and relatable. We were nervous, we’re only 20 years old, and we were worried that we would our old car died on us, and we had had it with it. So we decided that we were going to start looking at cars., Half an hour before our appointments, our ride canceled, so I called to let them know that we couldn’t make it, and Mike drove out, came and picked up my husband, my son, and myself, and took us to the dealership. From the get go, he was funny, kind, and relatable. We were nervous, we’re only 20 years old, and we were worried that we would get taken advantage of, because of our lack of knowledge and experience. This was not the case! Mike, and Frank in finance, both explained everything, answer all of my questions in detail, and went above and beyond. They got us a 4 1/2% lower interest rate than our bank did, which we were ecstatic about! They figure this was not the case! Once we got to finance, Frank, we were laughing the second we got in the door! He explained every little clause, warranty, and answered all of my questions in intricate detail as well. He never once made us feel like we were getting taken advantage of, never once tried upsell us, and was blunt and honest with us 100% of the time, which we are very appreciative. We are young, new to the military family, and we’re nervous putting our trust in these men – but it turns out, that’s was the best decision we could’ve made! We 1000/10 recommend this dealership, and both of these men! Thanks 100 times over! We’re in LOVE with our car, and the service and hospitality we received! More

Our day was spent looking across multiple lots in the West Hills complex, digging up the best matches for our needs, and test driving multiple vehicles. Mike was so gracious and patient, even though he was in high demand from other customers we had his complete attention and no detail was missed. Ultimately, Mike helped us find TWO vehicles that perfectly met the needs of our family, which we weren't sure would even be possible. When it came down to finishing the deal, Mike made sure to arrange it to best benefit his customer, and despite it being more work for him he never hesitated.
