Friendly, helpful staff and clean facility. I have yet to have a perfect car buying experience, but I generally am pretty happy with my experiences at West Hills Honda. Their showroom and facilities are clean and comfortable, they have courtesy water bottles available while you wait, and they have a little grill/coffee shop where you can buy food and beverages. The staff is helpful and always courteous. this time a worked with two salesman (due to my car search lasting over a 4 day period) and one finance manager. They were all very helpful. More

They scammed us into buying their maintenance package. My boyfriend and I bought a brand new 2019 Honda Pilot from West Hills Honda earlier this year, and we were told with their maintenance package ( Four My boyfriend and I bought a brand new 2019 Honda Pilot from West Hills Honda earlier this year, and we were told with their maintenance package ( Four thousand dollars extra), we get 10 free oil changes. We spent full days there trying to buy a car, with them trying to convince us they were giving us the best deal. The finance manager promised free tune ups, and first 10 oil changes free. When I called and asked about it, they said they would have their finance managers call me back. No call backs. I've left many messages on their phone, and still no luck. They have been avoiding us for about a month now, and we still haven't gotten a chance to get our oil change because of the delays. When we first got our car, the air conditioning crapped out on us, they said the radiator was cracked or something and "it happens a lot in a brand new car". We were going to take a trip to California in it, so the delay threw a wrench in our holiday plans for the summer. I wouldn't recommend West Hills Honda, now we're stuck paying extra for nothing, with a repaired radiator, on a brand new vehicle. Good luck getting a hold of someone there, because it was even a hassle trying to buy a car, getting a hold of people. We are now looking into trading our other car in for an older Pilot, and we would rather drive 100 miles than spend any more money at West Hills Honda. More

A thoroughly refreshing experience. I had no plans of purchasing a new CR-V. I.came in to have the oil changed in the vehicle I owned. As I looked out at the new CR-V and with Maggie’s h I had no plans of purchasing a new CR-V. I.came in to have the oil changed in the vehicle I owned. As I looked out at the new CR-V and with Maggie’s help, I decided to trade my current vehicle in and purchase a new one. My salesperson Mike and Mike the manager, made this one of the easiest and smoothest trades ever. When I went in to sign all the paperwork, Amanda was the best. She was so personal and actually made this purchase a pleasure to do business with West Hills Honda. Thank you all for making this experience one to remember in a good way!!! More
