There was one part of the process I was disappointed with. After we had agreed on a price, we went back with the finance guy and did the usual lengthy task of of signing forms. Toward the end of that process he pulled out a sheet and started offering other services and warranties for additional cost. Since this was after we had agreed on the prize I found it very disingenuous that these additional costs were brought out and then. I think those items should be brought forward during the initial negotiation of price and discussed at that time. Putting us on the spot later was definitely a downer. More
