This dealership has done work on my since I have ownered it beginning of last year starting out with shocks. I went ahead and the took the car in for a thumping noise that is makes mainly when going over it beginning of last year starting out with shocks. They checked my car out sent me a text that the car was done then I waited 2 and a half hours to hear back from my service advisor. They said all is fixed and well. Come to find out w couple hours later the car has gotten worse. On top of the fact my advisor thought it was be funny to crack a joke about the cars issue but i ended up not being very amused after waiting for 2 hours on a cliff hanger.. Not very happy with this trip. Mainly Because of my service advisor and the fact that my car has gotten worse. I’d like to stop wasting time and get it situated after all y’all do this everyday.:.
