This would have been a five star review. I love the employees at West Hills Honda, but when I checked out and went to pay with a credit card, they charged an extra 3% on my bill. Maybe this has been going on for a long time and I didn’t notice, but this was my 75,000 mile service. The bill was significant and that 3% added up. It’s the principle of the thing. That 3% to you, West Hills, should be the cost of doing business. You don’t try and recoup that amount from your loyal customer base. Other vendors don’t. More
