My experience with Caitlin Harrison, Service advisor, was terrible. she did not advise, follow through, nor finish with me. An individual who said his name was Colin standing alongside an unhelpful young lad terrible. she did not advise, follow through, nor finish with me. An individual who said his name was Colin standing alongside an unhelpful young lady infuriated me with an ambush of unacceptable financial arrangements. Someone named Patrick agreed to take a fist full of cash to complete my service bill. My Quote and my receipt do not match. I am not certain what was completed and what was not.
