Jeremiah from West Hills Ford Mazda was extremely knowledgable about the CX-9. He was able to point out all the bells and whistles on our Grand Touring CX-9. We were especially impressed with how he informed us regarding the safety features of the vehicle. He was extremely patient with us as we test drove several other vehicles allowing us to see the differences in the several vehicles that we test drove. He answered all our questions and was very hands on throughout the process and on several occasions since we purchased the vehicle when I have reached out via text to ask a question.
