Out of the ordinary purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. John Roberts, who had only recently joined the West Hills team, was very helpful and professional in helping us. After raising some out of the ordinary questions, John Kim assisted us with our questions and gave us some recommendations and solutions. We did in fact trade in two of our vehicles for certified 2015 Ford explorer to fit our needs. The entire team was super professional and made the transaction fair and easy. Thanks West Hills team! Horrible THEN Amazing I went to just look at some vehicles, so when I get my tax refund I know what I can spend on an upgrade from my car now. I was immediately approached by David, who after I explained I wanted to just look and I would let him know if I had questions, followed me like a List puppy. He was pushy and kind of creepy, He eventually went to assist another couple, and I actually could enjoy looking for what I want and price I could afford. I was also approached by another salesman, Mike, who understood my situation and kinda have me an idea of what vehicles would be best for me, and within my price. He wasn't pushy, but yet convinced me more and more, that I was in right place. I will definetly be returning, but only if I can have Mike assist me with my purchase. Very nice in the end. More

Found what I was looking for and saved $100! Shaw Barrera was great. He showed me the cars in the price range I specified. We took a test ride and I shot some basketball and closed the deal. Warranty work on my 1 year old Flex We purchased our new Flex from Mid Valley Ford. A year later when we were cleaning the inside we discovered the carpet was soaked on the passenger sid We purchased our new Flex from Mid Valley Ford. A year later when we were cleaning the inside we discovered the carpet was soaked on the passenger side rear floor. I called Mid Valley and they said it was a warranty issue and that any Ford dealer could work on it. They told us that we should get a courtesy loaner to drive because of the warranty. We took it to Westhill because they are the biggest local dealer. We described the issue and left the car. We were told by the service adviser, Chris that they didn't participate in the courtesy loaner program but they could rent us a car. We declined because we are paying a car payment. After 3 days Chris could not tell us what was causing the leak but he would call first thing the next day with an update. He didn't call. We called later that day and Chris told us that the front seats were out of the car and the carpet was removed to dry. When my wife complained that he didn't call and that she had to call him he offered the courtesy loaner. She went to pick it up. She told Chris that she wanted to see the car. He reluctantly agreed. When they got to the car, the seats and carpet were in the car. Chris then threw the techs under the bus and said they told him the seats and carpet were removed. My wife took the loaner and left. When she told me about her visit I decided to go and ask some questions. I was there within 30 minutes of my wife leaving. After I asked a few questions Chris repeated to me that the carpet was out of the car and drying. An obvious lie. He also told me that they had found the source of the leak which was a broken body seam. He said that Fords frequently had that issue with body seams. I was told that they were going to let the carpet dry for the weekend and make sure there were no other leaks. When He called my wife on Monday he said the car would be ready by 4pm. When she asked about the carpet he told her that the padding from beneath the carpet was hanging near his desk. When she asked how the padding was removed without the carpet coming out he said, "oh, they have ways". We have only had the car back for 1 day so I'm not sure that it was repaired. If it is, I would give a couple more stars for the techs that did the work. As easily as Chris lied I would have to believe he has done it before. When I called and asked for his manager I was told that he was on vacation. There is a lot of competition and lying isn't the way to build your customer base. I would recommend Mid Valley in Dallas, Oregon. You can take a nice train ride down to pick up your Ford and get to know it on the drive home. More
