F-150 purchase We knew what we wanted when we went down to the West Hills Ford dealer. We didn't expect to find exactly what we wanted, but did. They have a huge sel We knew what we wanted when we went down to the West Hills Ford dealer. We didn't expect to find exactly what we wanted, but did. They have a huge selection of Ford F-150 trucks, from XL to King Ranch. We were interested in either a Lariat or a Platinum, decided with the platinum they had on hand. They pulled any truck we wanted to look in or drive up front so we could walk around and compare. We were allowed to drive the truck home to make sure it fit in our garage, without a dealer employee. We were really happy to be able to just take it for a spin on our own. John Kim our sales person was beyond amazing, he knew every feature there was on the truck! We actually went to a couple other dealers looking for a truck, other sales people knew nothing about the truck, I knew more! So if your looking for a F-150, call ahead and demand to work with John Kim, he will make your experience very easy! Once we found the truck we wanted and test drove it, we were done in maybe 30-40 minutes. Looking for a F-150, you want to deal with John Kim! More
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE We ordered a cargo mat and cover for our 2016 Ford Explorer after several phone calls from Taylor and Chris we were told two different stories by them We ordered a cargo mat and cover for our 2016 Ford Explorer after several phone calls from Taylor and Chris we were told two different stories by them and were led to believe the cargo mat was there but the cover was not. After I finally get over there Taylor goes to look for the mat and comes back with the wrong mat he then tells me that the right one was there but someone must have taken it for a new car. Even thou we ordered and had paid for it he also told me that the manager was on the phone trying to straighten out a order that was a messed up and how things have been messed up with there ordering while Chris looks on and doesn't say anything. We cancelled the order and will not do any kind of business with them. And this was the third chance we had given them. We always try to support the local community but they need to get there business and customer service in better shape. More

Buying a vehicle is great, going in for service is not so. I purchased my vehicle new in 2012 and I have had a few problems that the dealer was able to take care of. All in all, I'm satisfied with my vehicle I purchased my vehicle new in 2012 and I have had a few problems that the dealer was able to take care of. All in all, I'm satisfied with my vehicle and the service I have had. It may have taken a couple of tries, but the problems were taken care of. My problem deals with a service individual who apparently does not have to time to follow-thro with his promises to get back with an individual or when I've gone in to discuss a problem, does not seem to care of want to assist. Deceptive pricing on website I really liked bringing my truck here when this was Parr Ford. Now that it is West Hills, the customer service has declined rapidly. I made an onlin I really liked bringing my truck here when this was Parr Ford. Now that it is West Hills, the customer service has declined rapidly. I made an online appointment to bring in my 2016 F250 for a 15K service and a check of the coolant (due to a light on my dash stating it needed to be checked), It specifically asked if it was a 6.7L diesel and quoted a price of $218.95 (I knew I would pay more for the coolant check). I signed the quote of $280 when dropping off the truck (4/22) for the work I requested. To make along story short, when I picked up the truck, I was in a hurry and just paid the bill. When I got home and looked at it further, I wasn't convinced the pricing was correct (and now included a fuel filter replacement and additional charge for more oil due to "being a diesel"). I called and emailed my service advisor multiple times and was told she would be back in touch. Several weeks later there is still no resolution on this and was even told after a review on Yelp this was being passed along to the general manager (5/19) and someone would be in touch (it is now 5/31 and no response). I then called to speak with a service manager who admitted the online pricing is incorrect and that he would pass it to his manager (again, no response and as of 5/31 the online pricing is still incorrect). They obviously don't care and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place (the company my brother works for has already moved service of their fleet of F150s away from West Hills). Bruce Titus Ford is only a bit further and will now be getting all of my business and I recommend anyone reading this to go there as well now (or anywhere but West Hills). Note: we have had out Toyota serviced at Heartland Toyota (also part of the West Hills group) and they were fantastic each time. More
