STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently visited West Hills Ford for the first time for a repair on my 2018 Focus transmission. When dropping off my car, I explai !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently visited West Hills Ford for the first time for a repair on my 2018 Focus transmission. When dropping off my car, I explained that the problem was the transmission clutch packs, and that it should be covered under warranty from the last time they were replaced. A day later I was informed that the repair would be $3700 which was over $1100 more expensive than the exact same repair less than 2 year prior. I was also told that it was my responsibility to prove that I had the clutch packs replaced even though the last repair was done at another Ford dealership. Even after that was worked out, it still took the dealership another 5 days to perform the work. When I saw the final bill, the additional parts cost that were not covered under the warranty doubled in cost from what I was originally told. To add insult to injury, there was also a sign posted in the service area stating a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. To summarize, I was charged 30% more for the same repair I had done before, I was charged double the cost of the parts I had been quoted, and they even wanted a 3% surcharge on top of that if I paid with my credit card. West Hills Ford does not believe in taking care of its customers, they only believe in gouging their customers for every penny they can get. From the new vehicles with second sticker markups hidden as added accessories, to ridiculously high markups on parts, repairs, and servicing compared to other Ford dealerships. Just save your money and stress level and drive to another dealership. More

I purchased my 2015 Edge from this dealership. I have always received very good service on my car here. Connor is an excellent service rep.
