Amazing customer service Shout out to Bryan for being so efficient and helping me get my car fixed within 24 hours. I have a Ford Fiesta and there was a recall on the clutch. Blown away by level of integrity INTEGRITY and GREAT customer service! I have driven transit buses in Pierce County for 20+ years. I know GREAT customer service when I see it. As a bu INTEGRITY and GREAT customer service! I have driven transit buses in Pierce County for 20+ years. I know GREAT customer service when I see it. As a bus driver I know that an employer rarely hears from the thousands of customers that are very happy with the service they received...yet, the unreasonable customers who will ALWAYS embellish their complaint and at the same time NOT acknowledging their part in their own dissatisfaction will be the first to complain all over social media or any other way. These are the people that want to get some attention and/or want something for nothing I know because I am told ALL the time about how GREAT I do my job and that there should be more bus drivers like me. Yet, my employer doesn't hear about that. So, I MUST take the time to write this review for West Hill Ford Mazda. So here it goes: I'm one of those that is (was) totally anti-salesperson. I have always avoided them. I had my last car for over 21 years and was suffering anxiety and fear with what was in front of me, which was to find and purchase another car. I went to a few places and sure enough...I felt like I was a piece of meat and the vultures were about to swoop in. It was NOT easy...then someone told me to go to West Hill Ford Mazda and although I was resistant, I gave in and drove there from Lakewood, WA after work (41 miles away). Oh my goodness....it didn't take long before I felt totally...and I mean TOTALLY comfortable and at ease. I talked with Scott Helm the General Manager (which was evident through his interactions, that he had an awesome relationship with each of his employees), Shawn Barrera, sales (who was the one that spent time with me understanding what MY needs were and was incredibly informative), Peter Rogers sales (who I had a bit of interaction with as I entered the building and then he went an got me a grilled cheese sandwich when he heard that I had had a LONG day and I was really hungry) and Barry Toyooka , the finance guy (who made me feel at ease about what I felt was a bad financial picture. Yes, I hadn't been totally responsible about finances in the past). But, I have to say I was totally blown away by the level of integrity that each of them displayed. We have ALL heard about salesmen and women, ready to pounce. Well, that was NOT the case at West Hill Ford Mazda. Thank you West Hill Ford Mazda for making this 61 year old rethink her perception of car dealerships and their staff. You have me feeling as if I want to work with each one of you. If I didn't have a job I love and have been with for 29+ years...I would be trying to find a job working with you as West Hill. I will recommend you to everyone I know. I wish more people would take the time to send great reviews....but the reality is that happy people tell you face to face how appreciative they are and will send people your way. So to anyone reading this....please keep in mind. Mostly ALL negative reviews are embellished. And quite often (not saying all the time, but often) the person blasting a company or employee, hasn't taken the time to truly understand, listen or truly communicate. Let's be honest...some are out and out unreasonable. And want something for nothing. I have dealt with it for all the years I have worked with the public. So, THANK YOU West Hill....I look forward to bringing my car in for service just so that I can come in and say hello to my new family. After all, we are now bounded right? By the way, I bought a used Honda CR-V and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. More
