The salesperson tre was great, he did everything he did over at Ford to be professional and helpful. He was always available However, when i went to buy the truck i was never informed about a recall th over at Ford to be professional and helpful. He was always available However, when i went to buy the truck i was never informed about a recall that the dealership told me existed and i quote “3 days earlier” which i was within that time frame when i first stopped by. That was no problem but i wish i knew earlier because i thought i would be driving away with the car i just bought same day. Then the finance employee i worked with Ryan said the car would be ready for pickup on Monday. So i arrange to leave work early and set up a ride as i obviously can’t drive myself to pick up the car only to find out the truck will not be ready until Tuesday. The dealership did not reach out to me to explain the delay and i wasted and entire days worth of my time just to do the legwork again for the following day. I have no problem with the recall or the time, but the omission of the recall, the promise of a Monday pickup, and then i had to find out myself after going through the process just to do It all again was quite frustrating and quite honestly made the experience unpleasant. Then on Tuesday i waited 2 hours before being helped after coming in and while this may be due to short staffing only furthered my frustration. So all in all i didn’t even know how i could possibly be compensated for the huge waste of time And It was an unpleasant experience More
