Just to start off For your own sanity do not go to West Hills Ford in Bremerton Washington for service or to purchase a vehicle, unless you want constant headaches and being pissed off all the time at peo Hills Ford in Bremerton Washington for service or to purchase a vehicle, unless you want constant headaches and being pissed off all the time at people that work there. I brought my truck to be looked at on June 10th 2021 at 9 am for my stereo that does not work properly, I have disconnected the phone, updated my phone, turned off Bluetooth, it cuts out constantly, during phone calls the music plays and interrupts my call, so annoying, for a month putting up with that I got an appointment. So my truck alerted me letting me know The truck was no longer at the dealership, and it gave me an address where it was, I was pissed, so I called Ford and he says no your truck is here it’s like no it’s not so he accuse me of saying that someone stole it and I was being recorded, and I said Listen back on your recording and you will hear that I did not say that, he said he didn’t have time for that, I said I’m going to come get my truck and he said OK, so I went down there and as I’m looking on my phone oh what a shocker the address to the dealership is there now, so I get down there and tell him I want my keys and they had me sign a paper saying I’m declining service for my truck to be fixed. how many hours do you want the truck to sit there in the parking lot when I had an appointment at 9 AM and I pick it up at 4 PM. my service advisor is Cameron Alameda, he has s real chip on his shoulder! I will Take time to go to another dealership before I ever step foot back in there dealership. No one wants to spend a lot of money on a brand new vehicle just to have something going wrong and them making you feel like it’s your fault fault. I should’ve known when I bought it and I had problems with the finance manager I was going to have problems from that day. I have a Ford F-150 lariat, absolutely love it. I have nothing against Ford at all, it’s not the company it’s the people in that building that make it an awful experience, and if you’re reading this I hope you guys get better customer service and make the people that work there treat your customers a little bit better because remember without customer so you don’t have a job! And by people making reviews like this it doesn’t make you look good. More
