There were some malfunctions when I left with my new used car, but they had me and they worked with me to find a car that was better than I expected. West Hills Ford is by far the best dealership I've been to. Noah Dinkelbach is knowledgeable, and a "shoot striaght" kind of guy that will work with you to get you the vehicle you need. Overall, I think west hills ford is transparent, honest, and I look forward to having future business with them. Customer service experience is everything and this place has it... I mean I drive an hour out of my way and pay a toll to do business here... and it's all worth it. More
