Josh Kennedy lied to us in order to make a sale, saying our Escape had a blown turbo and repairs would run over $4,000. So we purchased another vehicle, only to learn later from Colin Arper in the Service Dept. our Escape had yet to be diagnosed. This was in Oct 2021. We are both 82 years old and feel as if we were taken advantage of. Dirty tricks like this do not play well with me and I would warn anyone about making a purchase from West Hills Ford. More
The buying process was easy and direct. I put down a deposit on a vehicle they had ordered. Jon let me know when it came in and everything was as it should be when I test drive and bought it. We worked with Paul, so we never met Victoria King. Paul was great to work with: polite, answered all our questions, and showed us several similar vehicles that were on the lot. was great to work with: polite, answered all our questions, and showed us several similar vehicles that were on the lot. Our experience with West Hills Ford was really great! We were dreading the whole car buying ordeal - especially in today’s market. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Paul showed us the used cars that w were dreading the whole car buying ordeal - especially in today’s market. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Paul showed us the used cars that we were interested in and offered his advice between the different models. In the end, we were interested in the new Bronco Sport. He checked the inventory coming in and was able to help us secure a brand new vehicle! He answered all of our questions and helped us move through the purchasing process seamlessly. When we picked up the vehicle Paul had great patience with me, helping me connect my phone and download the Ford app. This is my first car with all of this technology, and it was a bit intimidating, but Paul was very gracious and kind. He made himself available for any additional questions or concerns that might come up. I feel confident in this purchase - and I’m totally loving this car!! More

Where do I even begin? I have avoided shopping for another vehicle because generally when you go to dealerships the salesman are like sharks. It was much to my surprise to get such a pleasant and easy another vehicle because generally when you go to dealerships the salesman are like sharks. It was much to my surprise to get such a pleasant and easy going car shopping experience. My partner of 5 years and I, went to West Hills Ford initially to see the salesman whom he purchased a vehicle from YEARS ago! However that person is no longer in sales so he referred us to Wendell. Wendell is very professional. He really takes the time to get to know his clients and what they are looking for. He drove us around to EVERY dealership, and stopped to let us check out ANY car that struck our interest. My partner and I had to of looked at 15 cars or more at least on Sunday afternoon/evening. Wendell is extremely good at his job. He knew exactly which vehicle had stolen my heart from the night before. I saw SEVERAL Jeeps and Tacoma TRD's from the night before that I really liked, but there was one in particular that I had my eyes on. Fast forward to Monday. Wendell met us at the dealership to let us test drive the vehicles that we were most interested in from looking at the night before. I didn't even tell Wendell which one I wanted to test drive. However, when I was pulling into the car lot Monday morning, my partner and I noticed someone else "test driving" the vehicle that I wanted the most. Turns out the person "test driving" that car was Wendell. And he was pulling it forward to let me test drive it. Somehow through our conversations and experiences from the night previously, he had noticed and paid attention to the fact of how much I REALLY liked the Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. I was impressed that the 1st car we were going to test drive was the one that I wanted the most out of any cars that I looked at previously. My partner wasn't even looking for a new car for himself to begin with. We entered the car shopping experience initially to get me out of the smaller vehicle I was in and help me get into a car that fit my lifestyle and families needs better than the one that I had. However, through our shopping experiences Sunday night, Wendell was able to determine what assets were ideal in a vehicle if my partner were to get into a new one for himself. Wendell was very knowledgeable about the cars that we were looking at, and he was quick to point out any that might strike our interest. Monday after I test drove my Jeep, he had us test drive the Ford Edge for my partner. My partner expressed how he loved everything about his Dodge Durango, but was looking for something just a little bit smaller but still an SUV. Wendell had my partner test drive a vehicle that fit ALL of his needs. He hit the nail right on the head by having him take the Edge for a test drive. My partner ended up trading in his Durango and was able to get into the car that he didn't even know he wanted! And I was able to trade in my vehicle for the car of my dreams that I have always wanted. But our amazing experience doesn't stop there! Jerry, the used car sales manager was able to offer us a competitive offer on the trade in value for our current vehicles. Once we agreed on the value for the trade ins, we were transferred to the Finance department to complete all the paperwork. Jose from the finance department was so patient and kind to us. He was very thorough and articulate in his work and that is something I definitely appreciate. Overall we ended up leaving the lot with 2 new vehicles that fit my families needs and I couldn't have done it without the help from Wendell, Jerry, and Jose. If you happen to be shopping for a new or used car in the area I highly recommend stopping by West Hills Ford in Bremerton and asking for Wendell. You will not be disappointed in the least bit. And if you are fortunate enough to work with any of these 3, very kind professionals that I mentioned, then purchasing your vehicle will be an amazing experience for you I can guarantee it! More

It all started when Ford announced they were opening a reservation system for the release of the new Bronco. I reserved a Bandlands with Sasquatch package on day 1. Converted my reservation to an order as reservation system for the release of the new Bronco. I reserved a Bandlands with Sasquatch package on day 1. Converted my reservation to an order as soon as the dealership I CHOSE contacted me to do so, about 9 months after reservation. I chose this dealership because they are in the same county as me, keep it local right? (I could have traveled a different direction and in the same amount of time, been at another ford dealer). I was told I would have my bronco in the spring, then summer, maybe by fall…. Christmas Eve rolls around, get a call that my bronco has been delivered and is ready to go. So of course I drop everything, on Christmas Eve, and rush in…. Only to get a call when I’m 5 minutes from the dealership that, oops! We’re sorry, it’s not ready… so ok, that’s a bummer but I’m still going to check it out. I am told nobody was available to check the car over and do a delivery inspection. Huh, well that’s strange, right? It was ready to go a few hours ago but I’ve waited a year and half!!! What’s a few more days. Meanwhile the salesman is just trying to haggle the afternoon away (Christmas Eve remember) about financing and your typical salesman’s act… I’ve had enough at this point, if I can’t take the car home why are we doing this now? So the following week I’m expecting a call….. nothing…. I had to call them, and call them, to find out what the heck was going on! Finally 4 days after being told it was delivered, I am told once again it’s ready come and get it. The salesman said they couldn’t wash it, it was too cold…. But he took it upon himself to wipe it down. He also took it upon himself to open the additional accessories I ordered and paid for and install them himself. Wish he hadn’t. He then spent a very long time going over Bluetooth and radio functions… Um got it already. This was all very nice but…. I want to drive the car I’ve been waiting a year and half for! He brags how he took it out and drove it already… when I ask to see the delivery checklist or whatever it was that needed done the previous week, he said, oh well I just kind of go over it myself. WHAT?!? He wants to take my picture in front of the bronco, no thanks I say, he says nobody will see it, fine if it gets me out of here, he takes it. Imagine my surprise seeing this picture, of me with my eyes closed, uploaded to this site. This site that he felt I should leave a 5-star review. I have followed several forums for bronco reservation holders, I have heard and seen all the ways the other dealerships have really worked with them to make sure their experience was great. I’ve seen all the percs, swag, ford pass points for early reservation holder and order conversations, etc. This place did none of those things. Heck they didn’t even properly clean it! More
I have purchased numerous new & used cars when it was Bennett & Parr Ford! I Need very good Price prior to purchase of a FORD! Parr Ford was a relaxed, no pressure experience. I actually had friends and Bennett & Parr Ford! I Need very good Price prior to purchase of a FORD! Parr Ford was a relaxed, no pressure experience. I actually had friends and family come with me, and I was left alone, by my request. My nephew and wife purchased a new Focas and she purchased a used Chevy. We picked out the cars and the sales people did the paperwork, They were happy as were the salesmen. I don't care to go through several people to make a purchase, i'm looking for the best deal I can get.Rod Parr made that happen, in return I sent many couples and single people to the Bremerton Ford dealership! .20+ yrs. and I'm still driving my 1999 F250 4X4 Lariat V-10 with 110,000 miles it runs like a top and looks great!
