The customer service at West Hills Ford service dep’t is very knowledgeable and conscientious, in short, they can’t be beat. Upon tearing down the vehicle’s transmission, they discovered another expensive issue, unrelated to the transmission, covered under the warranty. They also were able to fix a different & unrelated issue that was under recall. West Hills Ford has restored my faith in Ford. This dealership is a good distance from where I live, but the time & fuel it takes to get there is absolutely 100% worth it!!! More

It appears the mechanic did good work but commutation with the service writer was horrible. Even after the service manager got involved it was silence until my 7-8 time calling them. I have Had my vehicles to this dealership for service many times and historically I’ve had good experiences. I came in to drop off my vehicle off at 4:30pm, which is within normal business hours. for an many times and historically I’ve had good experiences. When I came into his office Brandon asked me if my appointment was for the next day which I replied yes. He then slid a night drop envelope toward me to fill out so they could “check my vehicle in the morning”. When I questioned Brandon about why he wasn’t checking my vehicle and he said “this is how we do it.”. When I questioned this, and stated that the reason I came at the time I did with so I could make sure that my concerns were addressed and that I could verify the service work that was going to be Performed to my truck. He again indicated that I needed to fill out the envelope and somebody would call me the next day. I advised again but I didn’t understand why he wasn’t helping me when I was there during normal business hours. I then started to leave and I advised him that I was considering canceling my appointment and going to another Ford dealer for my service work. He then decided to take my information on his iPad. The customer service was exceptionally poor, and I am considering using another dealership in the area for future work. More

Usually my Challenger SRT service is done at the west Hills Dodge center but they were booked for the day I needed so it was suggested to go to the West Hills Mazda/Ford service center which I was pleasa Hills Dodge center but they were booked for the day I needed so it was suggested to go to the West Hills Mazda/Ford service center which I was pleasantly surprised by how professional, courteous and helpful Cole at the service desk was. I was discussing with him all the darn warranties I purchased when buying the car and wasn’t really sure what I had so he looked it up and suggested to me how I could better use what I had already paid for! Thanks Cole!! Also the mechanic that changed my oil and rotated my tires did a nice job on getting it done in a timely manner. More
