They were very generous with my trade-in and respectful of my time. This was by far the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Frank Jeffers was very good at explaining why additional warranty coverage was a good idea at the time of purchase - and why waiting to buy it later didn't really save us any money or extend the coverage. I will definitely return to West Hills CJD in the future and I absolutely love my new Jeep! More

Call Freddy. I went to west hills looking for my first pickup. I talked to Freddy and that was by far the best experience I'd ever had with a car salesman. Freddy was laid back, not pushy, and made me feel like a friend rather then just a customer. I have sent about 10 people to see Freddy and every single one of them have been happy with his service. I looked to upgrade my truck last year and I came back even though Freddy had left hoping for the same experience. Boy was a I wrong..... If you're looking for a car or truck, seriously, take my advice and se Freddy. You won't be disappointed! More
