Chuck was awesome! For many years I have looked forward to buying a Silverado. After test driving the Silverado and a RAM I was sold on the RAM. Chuck Gurno did a great job in representing the RAM and in orchestrating the test drive with the Chevy, and the RAM sold itself. Chuck's product knowledge and low pressure approach was refreshing.
