He is real, down to earth and has a sense of humor. Blake knew when to give me space and didn't show me vehicles I couldn't afford or fit. He listened and pointed me in the right directions. The great part of West Hills, your salesman can go look through different lots, and are willing to. GO FIND BLAKE for your car!! Frank was my finance guy. We made an appointment to go to West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge to look at a 2015 Durango Citadel. Chuck was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Though we were impressed with the Durango, we were still considering a couple other suv's and he was not pushy at all. When we decided to purchase the Durango the transaction was smooth and easy. Overall, Chuck and the rest of the staff we dealt with went above and beyond what we expected. More
