Service department is slow, never calls you back even when they've had your vehicle days past when they said, and they seem to be understaffed. They overcharge, and won't do any work without charging you when they've had your vehicle days past when they said, and they seem to be understaffed. I only take my truck here for recall work, and only because the next-closest dealership is an hour away. More

The staff were welcoming, supportive, knowledgable, and obviously enjoyed their jobs. They worked well together to give us a positive experience. Alex, our salesperson, was kind, listened to our concerns, and gave us confidence in the process. After all was said and done, we asked if they could deliver the car to our house, about 1.5 hours from the dealership. Alex quickly volunteered to do it cost free. Now that's awesome service! More
