The only reason I give this dealership one star is for their sales department. Their service department is absolute garbage. I brought my new vehicle into the dealership to have the oil filter housing loo their sales department. Their service department is absolute garbage. I brought my new vehicle into the dealership to have the oil filter housing looked at because it's leaking. Their technician said it was the oil filter being loose. I told him this is not the case at all and it needs to actually be looked at rather than scanned over. He chose not to. So when I went to pick it up I spoke with the service write about these facts. Also that it is the oil filter housing that is defective, not the oil filter being loose. I was told to call in and let them know if it starts leaking again. I did this 3 days later and included pictures with my response. I then spoke to their service manager who told me that he "can't do anything...." in the meantime, I have a new vehicle with 7100 miles on it, clearly under warranty, leaking more than it did when I went into the dealership. I asked if they would put the part on order and I would bring it in when it arrives....they said I would have to pay $300 to have this done. THIS VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY!!!!!!!! More
