Recall of the ClockSpring, now no horn going on for a year! About a year ago my 2008 Jeep Wrangler went in for the Clock Spring Recall. When I got the Jeep back I noticed my Horn was not functional and called t About a year ago my 2008 Jeep Wrangler went in for the Clock Spring Recall. When I got the Jeep back I noticed my Horn was not functional and called the Dealership. I was told well the Horn did not work when it came in, which I knew was not factual. I had to argue, and being I was an engineer, had to prove the issue was in the steering column. After I proved this to them they said they would look at it, sure enough when they installed the Clock Spring they did something to break the horn. This in itself is not why they only get a one star it get's better. They agreed to repair the Jeep and said they ordered a new Steering Wheel Column, that was about a year ago! I have called them several times asking to talk to someone that could tell me why I am driving around in a Jeep with out a horn. I was passed around several times and finally was put through to the parts department. They told me that they where having issue getting the part and it could take a while (this was the first time I talked to them). After a few months I called back and was passed through to parts again and told this time they where changing Vendors and had none in stock anywhere. This last time I was told by the parts department that they might not make any other of this model Steering Column and I might be out of luck! I had to inform them that they broke the part to begin with, which he said oops we might have to get you a used one. That was about a month ago and again NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME! Mind you I have been passed to parts by the SERVICE MANAGERS, why am I dealing with parts? Wouldn't this be the job of the service managers, who's service department BROKE the part to begin with? I have been through several of the Managers in the back and some have even called me back the same day, then they disappear! More

When I picked it up it still had the code that should of been fixed by the software update. I brought this to their attention. I have had another truck, same kind, serviced in Tacoma to fix this same problem. So I know what I am liking for. They said I would have to bring it back and pay another 115$ and it would take all day. I said I just paid for and expected that, for which I was given no help. I do not recommend this dealer. I have emailed the service manager mike starve twice and called once and no call back. They have my money and I did not receive the service I paid for because the tech misunderstood??? What the device rep wrote down and somehow I am responsible??? Worse service ever. No integrity? Hoping they make it right and I will post that if they do. Otherwise go to Tacoma. More

I sarcastically told him he was welcome to have mine if he found me exactly what I wanted. He asked if I was serious... he somehow brought me exactly what I wanted that hadn't hit the lot yet. Needless to say, we've now purchased several vehicles from Dallas and refer him to everyone we can. We highly recommend Dallas!! When our daughter was looking to make her first purchase this week, we handed her over to him. Of course he took wonderful care of her and she left with the car she wanted and happy as can be!
