Outstanding Team and dealership! In all of my years of car buying, 35 years, never have I encountered a dealership that caters to the customers needs as West Hills did for me. Ultimat In all of my years of car buying, 35 years, never have I encountered a dealership that caters to the customers needs as West Hills did for me. Ultimately, it was the only western Washington dealership to sell me my 2016 Hellcat Challenger below MSRP, in 2016! Every other Tacoma, Puyallup and Auburn dealership wanted $5000-10000 over MSRP. When I encountered mechanical issues with that car, they forwarded the concern to SRT and assisted with a buyback. They then custom ordered my replacement and sold it to me for MSRP with Zero ADM! Accomplishing this may seem like a small feat, but all of this was done via email and while I was serving in South Korea. Upon my return, we found a gorgeous Ram Rebel with every conceivable bell and whistle, held it till we bought our house 45 days later and still gave us almost $8000 in discounts. West Hills will always be my "go to" dealership. With personal help from Adam Gibbons (sales manager), Joe Henry (sales) and Bret Underwood (sales manager), every military member or civil service member serving overseas should always rely on this fantastic sales team, for that matter, every military member in the PNW! Just such a great experience and more concerned with repeat customers than gouging their pockets with ADM and frivolous add ons. More
