Alex was a nice guy and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. Always double check your deal and ask questions! The dealerships job is to sell cars. I had a lesson learned here. I am honest to say that I did not ask all the right questions and ended up with a deal that was not in my favor as I thought it was. I fell for the “monthly payment price” vs the total cost. I had a vehicle and price that I liked but it did not have a trailer hitch. We found one that had the hitch and went to work on the deal. I saw the price and it was out of my range that I wanted. The sales manager asked me if he got the monthly price close to the first cars cost would I be interested? He quoted me a payment that was about 20 dollars more per month. This sounds good right? But, he did not tell me it added a year of payments to the deal! I didn’t look close at the deal in the finance office and this is where I blame myself. This is a way a dealership can sell one car but a horrible way to keep a customer base. I have bought three cars from west hills and this deal makes me upset that I was not given all the details. I blame myself for not catching the switch in the details but this should have been explained to me when he told me the new monthly payment he should have also told me it also changed the terms. ++This is my edited review. The First review was very negative and the finance office called me to see what they could do to improve the review on the deal. I appreciate that they have reached out to me. They offered me some extra accessories. This did make me feel better but I am still left with a higher price than what I expected for the vehicle. Not a horrible price but not the deal I was expecting. Remember, always ask questions about the total deal! More

Very pleasant experience at Westhills Chrysler We had as pleasant as possible experience on March 1, 2020 purchasing a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country van. Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Kevin is an exceptionally nice and knowledgeable young man. He was very professional and efficient and has followed up with us after the sale. We would definitely recommend Westhills Chrysler and Kevin Ranganbay. We felt that the van was very reasonably priced. Our only regret is that the van didn't have an owner's manual which has become inconvenient . Joe was very friendly and did not use any type of pressure to get me to purchase a vehicle from him or the dealership. When I told him I could only afford so much of a monthly payment he was understa pressure to get me to purchase a vehicle from him or the dealership.
