Not the dealership experience I'm used to - which is great! Darren killed it. It's as simple as that, but I'll elaborate. He was everything you'd want to deal with in a salesperson. I'm normally on edge going into a dealership, but that feeling quickly went away. Within the first 10 minutes of hanging out with Darren I realized he wasn't about that sharky, swindling, high-pressure type of interaction. During the couple test drives we went on he was very personable and seemed like a very genuine person. We took a look at a vehicle at a sister lot and he didn't bother spewing cliche or stereotypical salesperson talk about a vehicle he had little knowledge on. He just sat there with me experiencing the car as I did. We ended up back at his dealership and he was able to provide a lot of information on vehicles that I simply had not come across by just doing research online. He has expert knowledge of the entire sales process and didn't play any games when it came to getting to a price point I could live with. There was no dramatic numbers sheet and "let me check with the sales manager". It was a very organic interaction from start to finish. Hopefully you have a chance to read this review before heading in and know to ask for Darren. I'd like to also give a shout out to Destiny (she wasn't listed as a choice below) for helping facilitate the whole process with my trade-in.
