I had my Dodge truck serviced and saw a new truck I wanted to purchase and use serviced truck as trade. I told rep this and when I could make purchase. I didn't hear from them for a couple of days so I wanted to purchase and use serviced truck as trade. I told rep this and when I could make purchase. I didn't hear from them for a couple of days so I called them and they told me truck was sold. Really poor sales and service. Look at other review sites. This one is obvious biased. They are also anti-veteran even though most of their business is active duty, veteran, DOD and their families. They would not pick me up even though I live 10 miles away. I now drive my truck 45 miles past West Hills and they drop me off and pick me up. Shop else where. I also tried to get minor donation for veterans group not a new car or used car just a $29.99 oil change that we could use as a raffle item. They held me for hours then declined. More
